Region Authority Fees are structured differently than most search firms. Contingency firms do not charge an upfront retainer. This strategy of hoping to get lucky with an in house candidate can be futile without a financial commitment. This strategy may over time prove unable to devote consistent time and resources that a quality search will merit.

We operate a powerful Applicant tracking system and customer relationship management tool to best serve our partners, alliances and clients. Our workflow capabilities cover executive search, permanent, contingent, contract and interim.

To initiate a search we charge $6,000 as a retainer upfront to limit exposure given the tremendous amount of time and resources that go into a search. The fee for placement shall be 30% of the first year’s compensation as agreed upon at time of hire. The employer will be billed for placement when there is an offer and acceptance. The billing terms are net 10 days.

Region Authority guarantees undivided attention and dedication to the search due to a strong financial incentive to produce. Upon offer and acceptance, our 30% fee schedule applies. The $6000 retainer gets credited toward the placement fee. All positions in part or wholly on commissions or bonuses, the fee for placement shall apply except that compensation will be construed to a reasonable estimate of the first year earnings as agreed.

Region Authority’s methodology and process is we will typically present qualified candidates within 14 to 21 business days, with a full search being completed within 60-90 days.
